Release: 13/08/21 Track List Ryoh Mitomi (リョウ ミトミ) が刺激的カリビアン・ハウス ”Authentic Calypsoul EP” をドロップ！ 昨年CARIZMAからシングル「Downnorth」をリリースし、あらたなステージに突入したRyoh Mitomi。夏真っ盛りの中リリースする今作 ”Authentic Calypsoul EP” は彼の熱いソウルで満たされたファンキーでアッパー、ちょっぴりしみるカリビアン・ハウスEP！ さらにCARIZMAレーベルオーナー/DJのMOAによるテック・ハウスリミックスも収録！ Japanese Techno / House label CARIZMA releases Ryoh Mitomi’s new EP, ”Authentic Calypsoul EP”, that tastes Caribbean Tech House music. He enter the new phase after latest releasing ”Downnorth”, and this EP is filled with a passion and funky / hot sound. Also it is including remix work by MOA who is the boss of CARIZMA.
Ryoh Mitomi 1980年生まれ。滋賀県出身。2000年春、大学入学を機に上京し、同時期にDJ活動を開始。2004年、本格的にトラック製作を開始。 タイトなビート、グルーヴィーなベースライン、デトロイティッシュなストリングスを基本としたスタイルが認められ、2005年、Technasia主催のMinimaximaよりリリースした『Haru-Kaze』でデビュー。以後、ベルギーのR&S Records、Restructured Recordingsなどから多数EPをリリースした。2008年には、UKのImmigrantよりコンピレーションEP『Connectivity EP pt.2』に参加し、同レーベルよりPolder、A-Incのリミックスを収録した『Ballet EP』をリリースし、2000 and OneやLoco Diceより多くの支持を得た。またRichie Hawtin主催のレーベル・Minusより『Watch your step』をリリースし、雑誌 ”Mix Mag” に同梱されたRichie HawtinのMIx CDにも同曲が収録された。 1980, birth in Shiga, Japan. Spring in 2000, he moved to Yokohama to go to “Yokohama National University” and started djing in Tokyo and Yokohama.In 2004, he started sound making. In 2005, he contracted with “Minimaxima” that is managed by Technasia. And released 1st EP “Haru-Kaze”. After that, he released some tracks on R&S Records(BELG), Deka Traxxx(JPN) and so on. Also as “soundevice”, which is Ryoh’s other project, he released “The Midi Sync EP” and “The Way We Were EP” on Rectructured Recordings(CAN). He released the latest tracks on Immigrant(UK), Minus(GER) and District of corruption(GER) in 2008. Also his track “Watch your step” is included in Richie Hawtins’s mix-cd on DJ Mag.As a dj, He plays djing in not only Japan but also Hong Kong and Taiwan. |
